    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Executive Jet Ports International. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the EJP International website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

    2. Use of the Directory

    The directory is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, jet port operating hours, slot availability and customs procedures are subject to change without notice.

    3. Operator Listings

    FBO operators and jet port owners may claim and edit their listings. Operators warrant that all information submitted is accurate and that they are authorised to publish it.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All content, marks and software on the platform are the property of Executive Jet Ports International or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    EJP International is not liable for any operational, commercial or flight-planning decisions made on the basis of information published on the platform. Always cross-reference with official AIP and NOTAMs.

    6. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Monaco courts.
